Does registering for a new or already open date guarantee a departure?

No. Registering for an already open or a new date simply shows your interest to form a group on that date. We need to wait to see if other people are interested on the same date as well in order to form a group. We suggest you try to encourage your friends to join you to make up a group and obtain the respective price. We also do our best to promote and encourage people to book our tours to maximize your chances of finding group mates.

How can i have a guaranteed departure?

You can simply agree to pay the respective price according to the number of persons in your party. If you do, simply click Book Now and follow the steps, make your payment and you are good to go.

What happens if i register for a specific date and other people do as well?

We will immediately notify you and the other party. If everyone is happy with the price according to the number of people, we will send you a payment request or give further instructions so you can all pay your deposit and then the tour is guaranteed to depart. Note that the tour is not guaranteed to depart until all interested parties have made payment of their deposit.

What if more people join after we have agreed to a certain price according to the number of people previously interested in forming a group?

If more people join your group, the final price will simply be adjusted according to the final number of participants. That is why you only pay a deposit at first, and even if you pay the full amount, if a refund of the difference is applicable you are guaranteed to receive it so that everyone pays the same, corresponding amount.

What happens if i register for a date in which there are other interested people but they bail out last minute?

You will be notified immediately and we will continue waiting for other people to join the group. If no one does, you will have the option of continuing with the plans and the departure date provided you are willing to pay the price according to your party. If you would not like to participate after other people have left, you have the right to request a full refund from us.

Is there a further discount for even larger groups than the maximum mentioned above?

Yes, simply contact us and let us know the number of persons. Discounts are available based on the number.

There is a group successfully formed for my date. How do i proceed and book?

We will notify all parties and will send further instructions on how to make the deposit payment and provide necessary information.

Is my deposit refundable?

If you cancel your participation for a previously confirmed and paid for tour, the deposit may not be refundable or be partially refundable. It is subject to our Cancellations and Refunds policy here. If you have made a deposit payment and the tour was cancelled by us or because of a lack of more people to join the group, you will be given the option of departing regardless by paying the corresponding price. If you don’t agree, you can request a full refund of your deposit provided this request is made up to 60 days after payment. If it is after 60 days, you will be deducted a 5% but still obtain your refund.
