The tour starts at 07:30 with the pick-up of passengers from their respective hostels / hotels or pick-up points to then leave for the town of Copacabana, after passing the Strait of Tiquina there will be a stop at the Copacabana viewpoint and around noon we will arrive at the Sanctuary of Copacabana to visit the Basilica of Copacabana which houses the virgin of the candelaria known as the virgin brunette at the same time we will visit the local market. Later we will enjoy a lunch in front of the lake in the Hotel Estelar restaurant.

Continuing with the tour at 13:30 we will take the boat to Isla del Sol (southern part) where the visitor can see from the boat some ancient stone staircases (a thousand Inca stairs) that lead to the water fountains that it is about 3 jets of water from which the clear and pleasant water gushes continuously. The water arrives in underground places from sources unknown until now and whose flow does not diminish.

According to tradition, the slopes represented the sacred water that was used for the purification of visitors. Nowadays this water has the power to prolong the youth and there are those who affirm that in each jet it has a different flavor. For these reasons it is common to see tourists drinking from these waters or at least getting their hands wet. Finally the boat will be taken with a return to Copacabana where the return bus will be waiting for you to return to the city of La Paz at approximately 10:30 p.m.
