Pick up from the hotel at 03:00 am to take the bus to take the train at 05:00, 06:10 or 06:40 arriving at Aguas Calientes at 06:35, 07:40 or 08:10 where a guide It will be waiting for you to take you to your bus to Machu Picchu.
